Our Services

Palladia provides help to men and women who come to us in crisis. They arrive at our door at a time in their lives when they are struggling to stay housed, safe, out of jail, and/or sober.  Many have severed ties with their families. Some bring their children with them, looking for a way to make a better life for the kids.  Most have never held a living-wage job and have been denied the opportunities that many of us take for granted.  But they are not  without hope, and neither are we.

These men and women are fundamentally decent peoplewho aspire to a life where they can feel a sense of pride and accomplishment and be part of a community.   Palladia staff are trained to help clients achieve these important goals. Our committed, expert staff have successfully worked with individuals and families in need for over 40 years. When someone needs and wants to make a change, we can provide them with the tools and consistent support that can make this happen.

At Palladia we help people define their lives and themselves by more than labels like "homeless" or "abused" or "addict". With dignity, respect and care, Palladia improves the lives of New Yorkers in need. Call Palladia. Get help.

Palladia provides supportive permanent housing to homeless and disabled individuals and families. We operate more than 400 units of housing throughout the City, offering safe, permanent homes for individuals and families. Several of these programs target clients’ complex needs, such as those re-entering their communities post incarceration, or those living with HIV/AIDS.

Homeless and Shelter Services
Palladia operates a number of emergency and transitional housing assistance programs including three city-funded shelters. We also work with homeless populations in our prevention programs, identifying specific housing options for at-risk and currently homeless individuals and families. For survivors of domestic violence, Palladia provides security and support to help promote a break from the past and a move towards independence.

Family Services
Palladia has been at the forefront of service providers offering consultation and supportive services for families facing addiction, homelessness and domestic violence. Several of our treatment programs offer direct support to client family members. Palladia also provides consultation services to child welfare staff working in all of the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) field offices in the Bronx.

For over 40 years our programs have changed the lives of thousands of New Yorkers, aiding them in their quests for independence, family stability and health.
