Rikers Island Project

Rikers Island Project is a collaborative effort that provides services to men and women with HIV/AIDS who are being released from Rikers Island correctional facility. Riker's Island Project links these men and women to community services that will support and advocate for their needs and enhance their quality of life within the community.

  • substance abuse and relapse prevention and referrals

Rikers Island Transitional Case Management
