The Parole Transition Program (PTP) is a 90 to 120 day community residence for adult males who are under the supervision of New York State Division of Parole (DOP); the program operates in three stages, from orientation to reintegration to stabilization and reentry. PTP offers an array of services that promote a drug free lifestyle, a positive sense of self worth and independent living skills.

Funding & Licensing
People Served - Men Only
- 18 years of age or older
- must have a history of substance abuse
- must be unemployed and homeless or have a living environment not conducive to recovery
- must need outpatient substance abuse services and/or other support services, such as educational and vocational services

Made by parole officer or revocation specialist through referrals from The New York State Division of Parole
