POSITION OVERVIEW (Explain general purpose of position/what are the goals):

Under the supervision of the Facility Manager, is responsible for carrying, moving, and stocking inventory and working as part of a team to keep the physical facility functioning and clean.

KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (List the functions that are essential to achieve the goals):

·        Responsible for cleaning and proper maintenance of all areas of the facility; including but not limited to , the kitchen, dining room, staff offices, bathrooms and public hallways

·        Accepts deliveries and stocks items in appropriate places

·        Removes trash and snow

·        Responsible for completion of minor repairs in the facility

·        Attends staff meetings

·        Provides other appropriate support services as needed

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE (List additional functions needed to reach goals):

·        Performs other duties as requested by Facility Manager

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED (List all that is required to achieve this position):

·        HS Diploma and/or GED required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE (List what the desire to reach goals):

·        Two work experience in a residential or medical setting is preferred

COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED (List the computer skills needed):
