Palladia offers residential and inpatient care for adults struggling with chemical dependency. Palladia’s substance abuse services are offered in both licensed intensive residential settings and in licensed community residences.
Palladia is a provider of court-mandated residential treatment as an alternative to incarceration for individuals involved with the criminal justice system and has assumed a leadership role in developing programming for men and women with a co-occurrence of mental illness and substance abuse.

Clients to all Palladia treatment programs must be eighteen (18) years of age or older; have a primary diagnosis of addiction and must legally reside in the U. S. and be a New York City resident. Two forms of identification must be provided. In addition each program may have additional admission criteria.

Starhill is an intensive residential program licensed by NYS OASAS to provide treatment services to adult men and women in four separate Modified Therapeutic Community Programs contained within one site.

Opening Fall 2012, the Third Avenue is a community residence licensed by NYS OASAS which provides services to adult male clients. Clients accepted to this facility will be individuals at a phase in their substance abuse treatment where they can receive services at Palladia’s licensed 822 outpatient program (CTI-Harlem) or with another appropriate provider. The length of treatment will be consistent with the community residence model.

Esperanza is a community residence licensed by NYS OASASfor men providing short term case management and substance abuse services. Length of treatment is subject to the needs of each individual, but averages 6 to 9 months.
