The goal of Palladia's homeless shelters is to provide clients with a safe and secure environment while establishing an alternative to shelter.
Willow Avenue “Next Step” Shelter

Willow provides emergency temporary shelter for 169 homeless men while providing them with extra services that will assist them within dependent and productive living. During their stay at Willow, clients receive intensive case management in a structured environment; where they can focus on achieving self-sufficiency and independence.
Admissions Criteria:
- Admissions for Men only
- All clients must be residents of a Department of Homeless Services Shelter (DHS) and can only be referred through DHS.
- All clients must be 18 years of age or older, with no severe mental health disorders.
126th Street Shelter

126th St Shelter provides temporary shelter for 95 homeless men. The men receive case management services to identify and address specific needs, set goals and move towards self-sufficiency and independence.

- All clients must be residents of a Department of Homeless Services Shelter (DHS) and can only be referred through DHS.
- All clients must be 18 years of age or older, with no severe mental health disorders.
Fane Shelter

Fane provides temporary shelter for 61 homeless women. The women receive case management services to identify and address specific needs, set goals and move towards self-sufficiency and independence.

- Admissions for Women only
- All clients must be residents of a Department of Homeless Services Shelter (DHS) and can only be referred through DHS.
- Women 18 years of age or older, with no severe mental health disorder(s).
Services Provided at Palladia’s Shelters:

- behavior modification
- healthy living
- housing entitlements
- motivational interviewing
- referrals to substance abuse treatment programs
- relapse prevention
- stress management
- individual and group counseling
- family reunification assistance
Funding for all of Palladia’s Homeless Shelters is provided by the NYC Department of Homeless Services (DHS)
