| Duties: |
Under the supervision of the Director, provides ADL education in individual and group settings. |

| Responsibilities: |
- Educate clients on ADL in group and individuals settings.
- Conduct budgeting and financial management groups, household maintenance and other ADL related skills.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Set up and track urinalysis testing.
- Participate in staff meetings, case conferences, supervision and trainings.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Agency-Wide Vocational Services.

| Qualifications: |
A Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in accredited Human Services program, two years of experience counseling/case management with ADL material; experience working with substance abuse, housing, and/or employment. Knowledge of substance abuse and ADL. Ability to facilitate ADL groups and individuals sessions. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work within a team. |
