| Duties: |
Under the supervision of the Director, coordinates all services needed for the program’s clients and assists Program Director with management of the program. |

| Responsibilities: |
- Facilitates regular team meetings to discuss individual clients, generates lists of clients to be discussed, coordinates the development of treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, reviews progress on treatment plans and obtains regular progress reports on tasks assigned to interdisciplinary team members. Conducts staff supervision.
- Acts as liaison between referral sources and treatment program.
- Conducts psychosocial assessments and level of care determination.
- Monitors services provided and referrals made by other team members.
- Completes, or assigns, treatment plans, t.p. reviews, utilization reviews and other required documentation.
- Monitors random urine testing.
- Conducts individual and group counseling sessions; individual and group facilitation and development of staff, as necessary.
- Complies progress notes, summarizes reports and other required paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion.

| Qualifications: |
LCSW or LMSW with two (2) years of post-master clinical experience with substance abuse or related field. One year supervisory experience required. |
