| Duties: |
Under the supervision of the Supervising Cook, is responsible for assisting in the preparation of meals for all clients of the program. |

| Responsibilities: |
- Receives and supervises the distribution of food prepared in the main kitchen.
- Receives and stores the delivery of food as needed.
- Supervises the clean-up after meals and general cleanliness of the food prepared and the dining areas.
- Communicates daily with the Cook Supervisor as to the population expected for meals the following day at the facility.
- Attends staff meetings as required.
- Performs various other tasks as specified by the Director of Food Services.

| Qualifications: |
A high school diploma (or equivalent), training in food skills and at least two (2) years experience in food service for an institution (e.g., hospital, hotel, etc.). |
