| Duties: |
Under the supervision of the Director provides job training and job placement for all clients. |

| Responsibilities: |
- Assist clients in locating stable employment.
- Conduct labor market analyses to identify employment areas best suited for FUSE clients.
- Act as a liaison with Palladia’s vocational/educational staff concerning employment opportunities.
- Create a neighborhood labor market outreach employment strategy.
- Develop relationships with employers.
- Develop a Job Bank.
- Schedule field time and follow-up with previously contacted employers.
- Keep Case Managers abreast of clients’ level of participation in work related activities.
- Provide feedback to participants on identified labor market opportunities.
- Facilitate the appropriate referral based on assessment.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, appropriate trainings.
- Participate in central vocational meetings/events.
- Work closely with and participate in Centralized Vocational Services department activities.
- Submit monthly reports.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Director of HIV Services and Health Information.

| Qualifications: |
A Bachelor’s degree in human services or related degree and at least three years experience working with homeless or at-risk populations. A minimum of two years of vocational counseling experience and/or two years of job development experience. Familiar with common computer applications. Experienced with the substance abuse population. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. |
