| Duties: |
Under the supervision of the Program Manager is responsible for providing direct counseling services and supervising the Substance Abuse Counselors. |

| Responsibilities: |

Carries a caseload of individual clients.
- Provides individual and group substance abuse treatment to clients.
- Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings for the development of treatment plans and treatment plan reviews.
- Supervises the Substance Abuse Counselors on a bi-weekly basis.
- Completes documentation in a timely manner.
- Oversees the day-to-day needs of client population (i.e., stipends, requests, job functions, routine disciplinary measures, etc.).
- Conducts weekly chart audits of at least 10 charts per week to determine timeliness and quality of staff documentation and reports issues to Program Manager.
- Ensures that daily schedule of groups and activities are carried out.

| Qualifications: |
HS Diploma and/or GED required. At least two years experience with a substance abusing population and/or related field. CASAC required or appropriate college credits. |
