| Duties: |
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for the delivery of mental health and social services. |

| Responsibilities: |
- Provides individual and group counseling.
- Attends psychiatric rounds, treatment planning meetings, and all other appropriate meetings.
- Develops discharge plans in coordination with the treatment team.
- In conjunction with Client Service Specialist responsible for advocacy and paperwork around ACS issues, family reunification, child custody and family issues.
- Establish linkages with other appropriate agencies as needed and makes referral (i.e. support groups, psychotherapy, etc.).
- Supervises clients’ adherence to program rules and regulations as stated in the phase manual.
- Maintain chart documentation on a timely basis.
- Supervise residents in adult daily living skills and other therapeutic and recreational activities.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required.

| Qualifications: |
MSW/MA in related field, CSW required. Experience in providing mental health services to the dually diagnosed. Knowledge of women’s issues, domestic violence and service, delivery to a residential population helpful. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Bi-lingual a plus. |
