Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Sr. House Manager provides close supervision of clients during flexible shift coverage.

1. Supervise residents’ participation in adult daily living skills and other recreational activities; conducts room inspections and escorts clients as needed.
   
2. Provides direct crisis intervention to residents and prepares incident report of such intervention. Issues verbal and written warnings to clients and assigns appropriate consequences.
   
3. Maintains direct communication with treatment staff regarding any client concerns.
   
4. Supervises clients’ adherence to program rules and regulations.
   
5. As required, provides supervision to House Managers and coordinates shift schedules.
6. Performs other tasks and responsibilities as required.

High School Diploma and/or GED and five years appropriate related work experience. Associate degree and two years work experience preferred. At least one year experience in a residential treatment setting. Some supervisory experience and knowledge of addiction and mental health issues. Able to handle crisis situations and has good interpersonal and communication skills.  Bilingual/Bi-cultural a plus. CASAC or CASAC eligible a plus.
