Prevention Case Management Program
Women in Crisis (WIC), part of Palladia's HIV Services Unit, provides HIV/AIDS services as well as substance abuse prevention and outreach services. These efforts are holistic in design and are geared to assist high-risk populations—particularly minority women and their families—in the areas of health, case management, substance abuse and HIV/AIDS.  WIC places particular emphasis on the relationships between alcohol and drug use and the risk of HIV infection.

In keeping with its mission, WIC is committed to empowering men, women and their families to implement risk-reducing behaviors and to understand the full range of their options and choices in daily living. To this end, WIC also provides its clients with support and information on how to access a broad range of health and human services.

Rikers Island Transitional Consortium
The Rikers Island Transitional Consortium is a collaborative effort that provides an array of comprehensive transitional case management services to men and women with HIV/AIDS who are being released from Rikers Island. The Consortium’s mission is to link clients to needed community based services such as case management, medical care, alcohol and other drug treatment, HIV education, housing, mental health, and other needed services in order to enhance their quality of life in the community.
