This uniquely designed apartment house opened in 1995 and includes supportive services for 17 families. The program provides safe, secure and supportive housing that enables families to remain both intact and in as normalized and stress-free a setting for as long as possible. Supportive services include case management, entitlement advocacy, health education, substance abuse counseling, educational and recreational services for children and adults and permanency planning.
