The WORC Program:

Work Opportunities for Rewarding Careers

By forging a partnership with the Columbia University School of Social Work Workplace Center for their Work Opportunities for Rewarding Careers (WORC©) project, Palladia has expanded the range of vocational services available to its clients. The WORC© Program is comprised of three components:

1) Career Clubs
2) Neighborhood Labor Market Outreach

Although many of Palladia’s programs already offered various forms of vocational training, this partnership allowed Pallaida to gain access to the intensive consultations, training and research offerd by the WORC@ Programs.
