Official Launch of the "Palladia Men's Initiative"
This alternative to incarceration program will offer residential substance abuse treatment to male felony offenders in the Bronx and Manhattan courts, emphasizing
court recruitment to be followed by enhanced residential substance abuse treatment services.

Following an initial assessment, Palladia’s ATI clients will be placed in one of three Palladia treatment settings: Esperanza, Parole Transitional Program (PTP), or Starhill, or they will be referred to an affiliated organization for services. After treatment is complete, they will also be encouraged to take advantage our aftercare services.

Each program will offer a wide range of services, as well as referrals to additional services like medical care or job training, in the hopes that increased stability will reduce and prevent recidivism. Palladia has designed additional direct services like housing, reentry and gender specific groups, education/vocational training, and employment services to enhance the already existing services needed for this specific population. All clients determined eligible for participation and admitted to a Palladia treatment or residential program will receive case management, housing, vocational/educational, family/reentry, substance abuse treatment, mental health, and health services.

By participating in the Palladia Men's Initiative, graduating cleints should satisfy all of the following program outcomes:
1. Housing (not in the shelter system)
2. Employment, job training, or other school
3. Begun family reunification activities
4. Attained sobriety
5. In Aftercare after completion for applicable clients
6. Receiving eligible benefits
